Dance x OT Therapy
Led by Lucy (an OT) a trained dancer of 18 years and mindfulness specialist. This Gold Coast based program combines therapeutic movement with structured OT interventions to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and self-confidence.
If you’re a tween or teen who loves dancing, this is for you. It’s not about being a great dancer, it’s about using dance to feel better and to grow.
