    CEO & SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

    I’m a loving mum of two littles, and bring a deeply personal connection to my work. My leadership is grounded in the belief that removing barriers to access transforms lives, a philosophy I embodies in my work every day. As CEO, I oversee the transdisciplinary approach, ensuring that the team is fully supported and clients receive exceptional care.

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    I am here to support the whole Centered Space team, from coordinating schedules to managing resources and planning for the future. I love connecting with people and ensuring the team and clients have everything they need.

  • Liz Kakogiannis

    NDIS EDUCATION & OPERATIONS

    I’m a solo mumma to seven children, ranging in age from 17 to 35. I have been directly involved in the roll-out of the NDIS in Queensland from the beginning and I am up to date with the rapid changes. I am here to support the team as well as our clients with any changes in the NDIS space.

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    I am a lover of the ocean, I love dance and did ballet for 18 years. I am born and raised in New Zealand and now live on the Gold Coast. I am passionate about helping people get to a space where they are happy, I love putting myself out of my comfort zone to grow and I love seeing other people who what makes them smile

    I’m an occupational therapist who loves to move, play, and bring joy into therapy, I’m passionate about helping others build independence and confidence through fun, functional, and movement based activities.

    I’m a passionate speech pathologist who loves helping people communicate more confidently and supporting them through personalised, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.

    SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

    I’m a speech pathologist and I love helping kids find their voice and communicate with confidence. I enjoy getting to know each child and working with families to make therapy meaningful, fun, and tailored to each child’s needs. Every small success is worth celebrating, and I’m here to support your child every step of the way.

  • Elle Rankin

    KEY WORKER

    I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and Children & Learning, with four years’ experience across education and child-focused roles. As a Key Worker, I support children, adolescents, and families by breaking down complex systems, guiding them through support pathways, and making things feel clearer, and more manageable. I’m deeply passionate about early intervention, supporting neurodivergent children, and helping young people with complex learning needs thrive. I also bring lived experience with mental health, which shapes the way I work. Outside of work, I love the gym, beach walks, ocean swims, reading, and all things mindset and self-development.

  • Molly Walters

    KEY WORKER

    My role is to break down complex concepts, diagnoses, and systems so people can truly understand their options and access the support they need. As a provisional psychologist, my focus is on making things feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable, being a consistent person you can come back to, who explains complicated things in plain language. Outside of work, I’m a big believer in momentum, motivation, and helping people smash their goals.

    EDUCATOR & BRANDING

    I’m a mum and wife, based down in Southern Victoria. I’m obsessed with the ocean, branding and capturing epic moments on my camera. I’m here to bring my creative side as well as my 16 years of knowledge as a Primary Teacher; I love sharing my tip and tricks with parents to make their days a little easier.

    I believe in the power of connection and support. I am a mum to two kids and I understand the importance of having a safe space to express thoughts and feelings. I’m here to ensure that everyone feels heard and valued, whether you’re facing challenges or celebrating achievements. My goal is to foster a sense of community where everyone feels comfortable sharing their experiences and seeking assistance when needed.
