One team around your family.

Capacity Building and Support

The NDIS can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to work it out alone. Our team of key workers help you and your family understand your supports and make informed decisions, so your needs are met and your voice is heard at every step.

Key Worker Model:

We use the key worker model at The Centered Space to ensure children and families receive consistent, personalised support. Each child has one main therapist who builds a strong, trusting relationship with your family while coordinating care across our whole team, including OTs, speech pathologists, and educators. By having a dedicated key worker, therapy feels more connected, meaningful, and tailored to your child’s needs, making sure everyone is working together, communicating clearly, and supporting your child in a safe and empowering way. Every clinician at The Centered Space is a trained key worker. That is deliberate. And we do not write goals like everyone else: we start with your family’s whole picture, then build the clinical detail underneath it.

One consistent person across your whole plan. See what a key worker actually does
