We’re bringing groundbreaking, evidence-based therapy programs to the Gold Coast, designed to support NDIS participants in a fun, engaging, and clinically meaningful way.

These programs are designed for children, teens, and adults with neurodevelopment differences such as Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, and more.

OUR PROGRAMS

  • We’re collaborating with Aimee Clark (OT) our New Zealand OT behind the world’s first Skate x OT program to bring this innovative therapy to Australia. This program targets functional goals while embracing skateboarding as a powerful therapeutic tool.

    Clinical Benefits & Therapy Outcomes:

    Motor planning & coordination – Develops balance, bilateral coordination, and motor sequencing, critical for activities like bike riding, swimming, and daily movement.
    Sensory integration – Helps participants regulate their vestibular and proprioceptive systems, supporting body awareness and movement confidence.
    Executive functioning – Enhances problem-solving, planning, and focus, essential for daily tasks like getting dressed, packing a bag, or following multi-step instructions.
    Self-regulation & resilience – Provides a structured, therapist-supported space for learning persistence, emotional regulation, and frustration tolerance.
    Social communication & turn-taking – Our Speech Pathologists will oversee social interaction, peer engagement, and turn-taking skills to support real-world friendships.

  • Aimee and Lucy, both Occupational Therapists, developed a Rugby x OT program in New Zealand and are bringing it to the Gold Coast! This program provides structured, goal-driven therapy through rugby, helping participants build physical, cognitive, and emotional skills in a safe, supportive environment.

    Clinical Benefits & Therapy Outcomes:

    Gross motor & coordination skills – Improves running, jumping, core stability, and body coordination to enhance overall movement confidence.
    Social & communication skills – Develops turn-taking, teamwork, and peer engagement under the guidance of our Speech Pathologists.
    Attention & focus – Supports sustained attention, following multi-step instructions, and processing verbal cues—critical for success in group settings.
    Self-regulation & emotional control – Teaches impulse control, frustration tolerance, and flexible thinking, helping participants navigate challenges with confidence.
    Community participation – Builds capacity for engaging in mainstream or community sports, increasing access to inclusive recreational activities.

  • Led by Lucy (OT), a trained dancer of 18 years and mindfulness specialist, this program combines therapeutic movement with structured OT interventions to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and self-confidence.

    Clinical Benefits & Therapy Outcomes:

    Emotional expression & self-advocacy – Supports participants in identifying and expressing emotions through movement, building self-awareness and self-advocacy skills.
    Body awareness & coordination – Improves proprioception, spatial awareness, and balance, supporting activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, navigating spaces).
    Social engagement & communication – Our Speech Pathologists facilitate group interactions, peer bonding, and non-verbal communication skills through movement.Mindfulness & emotional regulation – Integrates breathing techniques and movement-based mindfulness, helping participants manage anxiety and sensory processing challenges.
    Cognitive engagement & sequencing – Supports multi-step thinking, memory, and motor planning, crucial for learning, independence, and task execution.

  • Brooke (OT & artist) is introducing Art x OT therapy, where participants develop fine motor, sensory, and cognitive skills through creative expression.

    Clinical Benefits & Therapy Outcomes:

    Fine motor development – Improves grip strength, dexterity, and precision, essential for handwriting, self-care tasks (e.g., buttoning, tying shoes), and tool use.
    Sensory exploration & regulation – Uses paint, clay, and mixed media to support tactile processing and emotional self-regulation.
    Cognitive skills & problem-solving – Develops planning, sequencing, and attention to detail, crucial for executive functioning.
    Self-expression & communication – Enhances non-verbal and verbal self-expression, with Speech Pathologists guiding social engagement.

  • A structured, daily immersion program to build school readiness. This program will run every February.

    This high-impact therapy program, led by our Speech Pathologists and OTs, helps children prepare for school routines and expectations in a controlled, supportive setting.

    Routine & structure development – Supports following schedules, understanding transitions, and managing new environments.
    Fine motor & self-care skills – Targets lunchbox handling, opening packets, using cutlery, and dressing independence (buttons, zippers, shoes).
    Social communication & peer interactions – Our Speech Pathologists guide conversations, turn-taking, and classroom interactions.
    Emotional regulation & self-advocacy – Builds strategies to manage anxiety, sensory processing challenges, and frustration tolerance.
    Individualised transition planning – Uses school visuals, communication aids, and personalised supports for each child’s needs.
